I found the hotel to be a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were a bit compact but spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly helpful in addressing the initial room issue I had, although the street noise was bothersome at times. The location was pretty convenient, albeit not in the safest feeling area for solo travelers. The variety and quality of the breakfast spread were delightful. Unfortunately, I did have concerns about the safety of the neighborhood and the potential street noise, but the staff and delicious breakfast made up for it.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful with a great shower, comfortable, and very clean, although a bit puritan and small. The service was super accommodating, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for me, very close to the downtown shopping area of Bonn, with only a minor concern about safety as a solo female traveler. The dining experience was really nice, with simple but effective options. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all my needs and expectations.
